Seller Shop is a direct selling platform in beta, operated by Pocamarket.

- Photocard Description & Photos
  • For select photocards, Pocamarket manages inspection, photography, and descriptions directly in South Korea.
- Verified Badge
  • A verified seller backed by Pocamarket. If your order is marked as 'Delivered' but not received within a month, Pocamarket will investigate and offer a partial or full refund based on the findings. However, we are not responsible for misdelivery, transit loss, or post-delivery loss caused by the courier.
- Packaging
  • Packaging methods vary by seller, and Pocamarket is not responsible for any damage caused by packaging. For some photocards, Pocamarket may handle packaging and shipping after inspection for product listing.
- Shipping
  • Products are shipped via K-Packet or other carriers, depending on the seller or destination country.
    As this is a beta service, shipping is currently limited to the following 10 countries:
    • Argentina, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States.
    • Note: Shipping to the United States does not include Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
    • Shipping fees vary depending on the seller's country and the destination country. Please select your destination country.
- Order Cancellations and Refunds
  • As this service is in beta, order cancellations and refunds are not available at this time. For purchases from Verified Sellers backed by Pocamarket, if your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ but not received within a month, Pocamarket will assist in investigating the issue and, depending on the findings, may offer a partial or full refund. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for misdelivery, loss during transit, or loss after delivery caused by the courier. For orders from regular sellers, investigation, support, and refunds are unfortunately not available.
