Privacy Policy

INFLUDEO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) considers the personal data of POCA MARKET service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) users (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) as its top priority. Therefore, the company has a strict privacy policy. This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) informs members of the purpose and manner in which personal data is collected and used, as well as the security measures the Company implements to protect personal data. ⑤ Homepage membership registration and management Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing membership services, maintaining and managing membership, preventing misuse of services, handling complaints, and preserving records. ⑥ Personal information is processed for the purposes of verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming complaints, contacting and notifying facts, and notifying processing results. ⑦ Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing goods or services, providing content, providing customized services, identity verification, and payment/settlement of fees. ⑧ Used for marketing and advertising Personal information for the purpose of developing and customizing new services (products), providing event and advertising information and participation opportunities, providing services and advertising according to demographic characteristics, verifying the effectiveness of services, determining access frequency, or statistics, etc. This concerns the member’s use of the service.
Article 2. Processing and retention period of personal information

Article 4. Rights of information subjects
① Members can log in to the service and view/change their personal information through MY > Profile. However, ID (email, etc.) cannot be changed. ② Members may exercise their rights related to their personal information against the Company in accordance with the restrictions and requirements set by relevant laws and regulations. For example, in Korea, members can request the company to stop processing their personal information, delete it, or withdraw consent to the collection and use of their personal information. ③ If there is an error in the information provided, the member may request correction. However, if it is confirmed that there were no errors in the information before and after the correction at the time the correction was requested, and if the member committed misconduct by making the correction, the company will cancel the correction and immediately notify the reason. ④ The information subject may exercise his/her rights under this Article by contacting hello@infludeo.com.
Article 5. Destruction of personal information
① The company safely destroys the collected personal information without delay after achieving the purpose and upon withdrawal of membership (when applying for withdrawal or forced withdrawal). In accordance with relevant laws and to achieve the purpose of collecting personal information, the company stores the information for a certain period of time as follows and then safely destroys it. - To prevent fraudulent activity, personal information submitted when signing up for the service will be stored for 3 months after withdrawal from the service. - The company retains some information to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

② Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted so that it cannot be restored, and personal information stored in the form of printouts or physical records is destroyed by shredding or incineration. ③ The company separately stores personal information of dormant accounts (accounts that have been dormant for more than one year after signing up) in accordance with the consent of POCAMARKET users. Separately stored personal information is stored for 5 years and then destroyed. The Company will notify inactive subscribers at least 30 days prior to the end of the validity period.

Therefore, the most important thing is to protect members' personal information as thoroughly as possible. Therefore, all members must also be careful to ensure that their personal information is not leaked or provided to others, and must be responsible for managing their personal information. The company is not responsible for any problems caused by the member's negligence or the risks of using the Internet. ② In principle, members’ personal information is protected by passwords and encrypted information. Files and transmitted data are encrypted, and important data is protected through separate security functions. ③ The company uses anti-virus software and regularly updates the software to prevent damage caused by computer viruses. ④ The company operates an intrusion detection system and intrusion prevention system 24 hours a day to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking, computer viruses, or other infringements.
(2) The company recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and limits the number of employees who process personal information to the number of people who absolutely need it. The Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) regularly educates/trains staff to protect members' personal data. In addition, the company regularly checks whether the relevant employees comply with the provisions of this personal information handling policy, and if any violations are found, the company orders the relevant employees to correct/improve the violations or take other necessary measures.

The company operates a customer service center to facilitate smooth communication with members regarding feedback or complaints that members may raise regarding personal information protection.
